The great thing about the Constitution is that the Founders made
certain it could be changed to reflect the needs of future generations
and changes in the culture, through the process of Amendment. If
you have some new
rules for the USA, such as making a different Bill Of Rights for people
have taken self defense lessons, then you have the ability to do so
through the legislative process. Until then, the U.S. Bill Of
Rights applies to EVERYBODY.
